Weather forecast is for a beautiful week of sunshine and low to mid-80s. This is my kind of weather! Hoping for opportunities to hike and otherwise enjoy it. Got a late start to hike as dad had to work til 5, and started to wane on my energy. Dad was a little tired also so we really plodded tonight. I was too tired to go to the Dane. I would have fallen asleep in my food. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice banana bread, smoothie w/10 grapes, 164 g strawberries, med frozen banana, 1/4 c Fage 2:00 pm Sample veggie flatbread at Copps 2:30 pm 1 Wintergreen LifeSaver 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 8:45 pm Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, 1/2 c blueberries, protein powder, and soy milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 5:45-8:00 pm Hiking Rib plus tower
