I can feel that I used different muscles in my legs yesterday taking a bike ride. When I was doing the ballet DVD, I could feel my legs in whole new ways. I also tried hard to incorporate Joan's corrections about 12 o'clock energy, pelvic floor energy, and sternum energy throughout the workout, even when not actively doing an exercise. I still have a hard time maintaining or even remembering this outside of exercise though. I held out an unbelievably long time before opening the new container of dark chocolate sea salt caramels that Costco brought back by popular demand. I will try to mete them out very slowly.
