Starting in on the last real month of summer already. Can't deny that we've had plenty of real summer weather, but the season is always too short to do all the fun things you'd like to do. So many more hikes, camping, weekend getaways that could be scheduled....
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light orignal soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice whole wheat bread, 1 tbl PB, med peach, 102 g homegrown tomato
4:00 pm 1 dark chocolate Dove egg
4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew
