I compromised on getting up too early to exercise before coming down to Madison. I got up at 5:30 and just did the half hour cardio dance DVD that offers more steps and cardio, skipping the ballet for toning. A La Baguette raisin pastry was a delightful breakfast addition. I wasn't entirely happy about having to deal with the mega-centipede before exercising. Food: 6:45 am Raisin pastry, peach, 106 g blueberries, coffee Exercise: 6:00-6:30 am Cardio Dance DVD
