Morning didn't start off great. Icky centipede on the futon while I was sitting there to get dressed for workout. Tongue of shoe attacked my foot during first part of workout. Didn't feel the first choice of video was right, so switched after a few minutes. Hopefully the rest of the day will fall into place more easily. Hoping to hike after work to enjoy the beautiful weather, and I have an early morning walk scheduled with a client. Nice benny, I was up to almost my full 10,000 steps for the day after my walk with my client. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 97 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Strawberry/vanilla soy shake, blueberry scone, apricot, plum 1:00 pm Milky Way miniature 2:45 pm 100 cal pack Snapeas 6:30 pm 4.25 oz extra lean burger, 1 tbl shredded asiago, onion bun, 2 sm slices fresh tomato, 2/3 c sauteed zucchini, 12 oz skim milk, jello sugar free chocolate pudding cup Exercise: 4:50-4:55 am Coach Nicole's warm-up 5:00-5:50 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD 8:15-9:00 am Walk with client
