Hard to get up and get motivated this morning. I notice that Dad slept late so he must have been similarly affected. I was glad I got up and exercised, but I had to push myself. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 102 g blueberries, 142 g strawberries, coffee 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, Fit & Active wrap, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice Jarlsberg lite, 2 sm lettuce leaves, peach, 4 sm cherry tomatoes, 7 raspberries from bush 12:45 pm 1 pc dark chocolate angel food candy 2:45 pm 100 cal pack Snapeas 5:45 pm 125 g roasted fresh veggie ravioli, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, fresh greens salad, 1/2 med tomato, 4 slices cucumber, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD 6:15-7:15 pm Walk with Dad
