Very sweaty morning exercising again. I'm so grateful for the fan that Dad mounted on the wall to move the air around down there. Used to be even more miserable when the air was stagnant and sweaty; now it's just sweaty. Maybe today I won't have a client who wants to go for a walk in the hottest part of the afternoon. I'd prefer to wait until the cooler part of the evening. Hoping there is a cool part of the evening soon. I'd like to take a walk, but it's still pretty hot. Dad is not inclined to venture out if it doesn't cool significantly. Got the A/C fixed this afternoon, and it is working hard but slowly to cool the house. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 106 g blueberries, coffee 11:45 am Smoothie w/1 peach, 1/2 lg banana, 1/2 c 0% plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 c almond milk, blueberry scone 12:45 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel 3:15 pm 100 cal pack Snapeas 6:15 pm 4.75 oz pan-fried perch w/cornmeal, salad w/garden greens, 1/2 small tomato, 4 slices cucumber, 1/2 c Bush's Grillin' Beans, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD 10:45-10:55 am Brief walk
