This morning seems to be flying by more quickly than usual. Maybe because I felt the need to shave my legs since it's the season to wear shorts, capris, skirts, etc. and they were getting visibly fuzzy already. We didn't make it through the no-restaurant week. It was a perfect day to hike at Rib, but I was hungry when we left and we didn't get off the mountain til 7:45 pm. I knew I would have no energy to cook a decent meal when we got home, so we gave in and went to the Dane. Food never tasted so good! Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm Peach soy shake, slice Sara Lee 100% whole wheat bread, 2 slices turkey, slice Jarlsberg lite, large lettuce leaf, med banana, 2 oz skim milk, 1 tsp sugar 3:00 pm 100 cal pack Snapeas 6:30 pm Fit & Active pomegranate fruit strip 8:00 pm 9 oz Saison beer, 7 oz lean hamburger on large bun w/tomato, lettuce, 2 pickle slices, ketchup, 6 fried plantains Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD 10:55-11:15 am Walk near work 5:35-7:45 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
