Tues 9 Jul
Went retro to Jane Fonda aerobics today to take a short break from the cardio dance DVDs so I don't get tired of them. Tonight we start another 4-week stint of Joan's Pilates class. It's not very active cardio, but she excels at helping you find your deep core muscles. Her classes are thoughtful, but you definitely feel soreness the next day, just in unusual deep places within.
Have to break the no-restaurant plan again this noon because we have a birthday lunch scheduled for Sue, the nurse. Trying a new Mexican place in Plover; I've heard good things so now I can test it for myself. Sue also pointed out that it is right across the street from King Cone. I remember other years she wanted to get ice cream after her birthday lunch, so I expect that is also on the agenda.
