Onward to the new year. I have to try to find my letter about jury duty to make sure I'm not supposed to be calling in or showing up somewhere soon. I think I left the letter in my office so it wouldn't get lost here at home. I would assume there is often some confusion with a new crew of potential jurors every month. Hopefully they cut us some slack.
Chose not to get up to exercise this morning because my quads were quite sore in the night. Took ibuprofen at about 2:30; I don't usually like to take it less than 4 hours before I get up because it usually relaxes me into good sleep but this time it just helped manage the soreness. I still had enough discomfort to decide that my legs needed a little break. I'll still try to get my 10,000 today, but I'll try to do some low impact, gentler routines later in the day.
Food:
6:55 am French brioche ring, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:00 am York peppermint pattie, 1 Andes mint
12:10 pm Breakfast casserole, 98 g raspberries
2:45 pm 2 chocolates, 1 Milky Way Midnight mini
5:30 pm Sm bowl chicken dumpling soup, 2 sm pieces fried cod w/tartar sauce, potato wedges, 1/4 c creamy cole slaw
6:25 pm Chocolate from Santa
