I was sooooo tired yesterday after work, I laid down for a 30-min nap at 6:10 and decided to give up and just go to bed after. I did get back up after 10 more min in bed and come down until 7:30 to sit at the computer, but I had zero energy. I'm not quite that bad today, but even after plenty of rest, I'm none too energetic. We'll see how the day goes. I don't feel like I'm getting sick, but I sure am low on energy.
I wanted to do the Leslie Sansone video this morning but just couldn't get it to load. The DVD is a little thinner than most and has taken me about 5 min of repeated trying to get it to load the first two times I used it. Today no amount of progress was made so I gave up and did YouTube.
Bad day for compulsive snacking this afternoon at work. Over the course of the day, I raided 2 different candy dishes, albeit for only a small thing each, and luckily didn't find Heather's tray of Christmas goodies until time to go home.
Food:
6:45 am French brioche ring, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:00 am 1/2 c Cheerios snack mix, 1 Snickers mini
12:35 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1/4 tbl butter, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 49 g raspberries, Nestle Fat free cocoa
2:30 pm Fun size Hershey bar, part of a mint melt away bar (of indeterminate age from my desk drawer)
4:30 pm PB cup cookie
