I think our choir is singing for an MLK thing as SPASH tonight, but they need to send out an email with details to those of us recalcitrants who didn't make it to rehearsal yesterday. I have no idea when or where to show up.
I ate way too much this weekend, so I really need to tone things down for awhile. We didn't eat 75% of our entree last night, so that will be tonight's supper with the addition of a vegetable. We have most of a large lamb shank each and a nice portion of mashed potatoes.
I'm disappointed - the restaurant packaged the leftovers for us and apparently discarded the mashed potatoes. What a waste!
Food:
6:55 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:45 am 1/2 c Cheerios snack mix
12:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, 72 g Costco coffee cake, 139 g strawberries
3:00 pm 1/2 c cinnamon pretzels
5:30 pm Most of a large lamb shank, 1 c canned diced beets, 1/2 apple muffin
