Rockman cooking class tonight - Breakfast is not just for Breakfast is the theme and the menu sounds amazing. In the spirit of good eats, I am also looking forward to coming to Madison this Sat/Sun to kick off Restaurant Week. We are starting to get the itch to book a spring break trip. Don't know if we'll cave or not. The indecision didn't last long; we booked before I left for work at Riviera Maya Mar 10-14. In keeping with tonight's breakfast theme, I made French toast for lunch. Food: 6:50 am French brioche ring, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:00 am 1/3 c Cheerios snack mix 11:45 am 2 slices cinnamon raisin struan bread, 1 large egg, 2 oz skim milk, 1/4 tbl butter, 1 tbl maple syrup 12:45 pm 1 Lindt truffle Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am DWTS DVDs
