Sun 11 Jan
The Jim Moore memorial last night was very enjoyable. A mixture of seeing folks not seen in many years, especially for Dad, visiting with people we know through the theater even now, a presentation that was quite poignant, and video clips of things Jim had choreographed and danced. We saw a brief excerpt of your dad in Coppelia.
Today will be busy. I have to cantor both at 10:30 and at 6:00 with Guy Gehrman. Michael and Taylor are coming for lunch which they will prepare while we're at church. I neglected to mention to them that I will be watching the Packers, but I think I'll be able to get the game in the living room so it will be easier to visit. Also choir at 4:00.
Wow, Michael and Taylor fed us well today. They made cinnamon roll oatmeal when we got home from church for the first part of the Packer game, then at halftime they assembled some Mexican cornbread that baked during the second half and worked for supper between the game and choir. Only problem, because we were busy all day I didn't get a nap and I'm really tired!
