Ate the leftover pork belly with roasted fingerlings and asparagus for dinner last night, left from the Rockman cooking class. I am pretty sure I will never cook with pork belly as it felt decadent to eat so much fat and not altogether in a good way. I was glad the portion was not large.
Nothing much on the agenda tonight or tomorrow before Madison this weekend, though I might try to do laundry Friday night.
Two days in a row at WalMart. Eewww!
Food:
6:55 am French brioche ring, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
8:30 am 1 c Cheerios snack mix
11:00 am 1 c Cheerios snack mix
12:35 pm Peach soy shake, Fit & Active pumpkin yogurt
3:45 pm 1/2 c cinnamon pretzels
5:45 pm Pork sausage casserole, 1 c fresh green beans, 8 oz skim milk
