Sat 10 Jan

A nice, long 10 1/2 hours' sleep is the perfect refresher for a weekend. I don't believe the sleep hygiene articles that tell you to keep your same schedule into the weekends. I feel great when I get a long catch-up. I imagine it could be not as good to do this every day, but once a weekend or sometimes less is great. Saturdays at home are also the perfect time for the espresso maker. I love to linger over a cappuccino in the morning. I may even have two. Why not?!
