We are now to the weather days that are forecast to get into the 40s for a short time. Hard to believe. And next week should remain in the 30s. It is pleasant. Food: 7:35 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am 2 slices omega 3 toast, 2 tbl PB, 99 g raspberries 12:50 pm Frosted brownie 6:15 pm 12 oz black ale, Clancy's baked fish, garlic baby reds, coleslaw, 1/2 cranberry bread pudding w/whiskey sauce 7:45 pm 1 sm spoonful fudge sauce Exercise: 8:55-9:10 am Treadmill w/intervals 9:15-9:25 am Treadmill w/varying slope 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
