Once again, time is starting to win the battle against winter, however slowly. I do hope we get the warm day today they have been promising. Having a cold makes it more difficult to tolerate being chilly. Used up the very last of the soy milk on the crumbs at the bottom of the Oat Squares. Food: 7:05 am 3/4 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:10 pm Cheese ravioli sautéed in .5 tbl butter 4:30 pm 12 oz doppel bock beer, Great Dane Sustain-a-Burger, 5 fried plantains Exercise: 2:30-4:00 pm Hiking Rib via path
