Yay, Friday! I have a busy schedule, none of which looks like much fun but nothing totally odious, up through early evening. But once I'm done, it's weekend! (Then I get to do Suzuki marathon, laundry, cantor on Sat, John Knowlton's party, church, grocery shopping and choir - how relaxing!)


Food:

7:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, orange, coffee
11:15 am Cup tomato basil soup, salad w/romaine lettuce, 3 cherry tomatoes, 6 slices cucumber, 1/2 c broccoli/cauliflower, 1 tbl shredded cheese
1:30 pm Popcorn ball
4:45 pm Tastings of variety of dips and sauces w/corn chips or bread cubes, 1 oz wild rice soup, small square apple cake (Tastefully Simple house party), 2 oz chardonnay mixed w/3 oz Fresca
7:30 pm 1/5 Tombstone Light Veggie Pizza, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk

Exercise:

6:10-6:15 am 15 Power Plies, 15 slow incline pushups against sink
Before and after supper About 20 min Power Plies, 15 slow outer and 10 slow inner leg lifts each leg
