Well, my shoulder doesn't hurt today so I guess the R&R day really did the trick. I didn't wake up in the night in pain either, and only took ibuprofen at bedtime as a precaution. Now I just need to use my brain in making sure I exercise intelligently.
Let me know where you'll be (at Jenna's) and whether you can come home for a performance of Grease.
Surely Jenna will understand that you need to get your homework done too while you're there. If she's back in classes, she must have homework to do too? If you can make it home next weekend, I could come pick you up Sat afternoon and take you back on Sunday. (I could pick you up Fri afternoon and take you back Sat also if that's easier.)

7:00 am 2 small slices coffee cake, 6 oz OJ, coffee
10:45 am 1/6 c raspberry craisins
11:45 am 1 c vegetable soup, 1 small slice coffee cake, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
2:00 pm 1 orange Jelly Belly
3:30 pm Act II popcorn ball
6:30 pm 4 leftover scallops (rubbery) w/tartar sauce, 1 leftover crepe w/sliced bananas, 6 oz homemade yogurt w/vanilla
9:30 pm 2 thin slices honey ham (feeling protein deprived)
Exercise:
5:20-6:13 pm 30 min treadmill, Prog 4 plus mini-Pilates mat
