Going to try to motivate to defrock the tree today. Have a bad cold and not feeling on top of my game. Haven't exercised for a couple of days and the scale has come to a halt until I get back on track, even though I'm eating okay.
Food:
9:00 am 1 serving hot wheat cereal, 1 tsp packed brown sugar, 2 oz skim milk
12:20 pm Cappucino soy shake, orange
1:45 pm 20 mg dates
2:00 pm 2 pfefferneuse cookies
7:00 pm 3x4" slice lasagna, green salad w/chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, croutons, nuts, 8 oz white wine, garlic toast
Exercise:
12:50-1:40 pm Pilates mat
