Choir resumes tonight - bye-bye free Sunday evenings! But I do enjoy singing so I guess you can't have everything....

8:10 am Strawberry/banana soy shake
11:15 am Slice lemon bread, piece of vanilla fruity Christmas candy
12:00 pm Bowl oatmeal, 1 c cinnamon apples, 1/4 pecans, 1/4 c raisins, 2 oz skim milk, coffee
8:30 pm Bowl spiced pumpkin soup, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
