Oh, it's cold this morning. And I'm coming down with a cold so I'm really not looking forward to bracing it. I hope you're keeping warm as possible.
BTW, scale is under 150 finally (at least first thing in the morning)!!! First mini-goal accomplished.

7:00 am 1/2 c Grape Nuts Trail Mix cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, banana, herbal blackberry tea
3:30 pm Popcorn ball
5:30 pm 1 BBQ on a bun, 1/2 c strawberry applesauce, 12 oz skim milk, 2 sugar cookies

Congrats! Yes, I'm trying to keep warm, primarily by not going outside... though I'm probably going to make my way over to the gym sometime today.
