Looks to be a fairly relaxing, though frigid outside, day. Laundry, run a few errands, sneak in some exercise, maybe make something fun for dinner.
The cooked wheat cereal with the vanilla soy milk was really very nice! Like cheerios, it picks up the vanilla taste for just the right sweetness.
The Countryside Couscous was exceptional! I believe you would really like it. It has a wonderful combination of spices and gets texture from craisins, chopped dried apricots, and pine nuts. Wow!
Food:
9:00 am Millville hot wheat cereal, 1 tsp packed brown sugar, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 c Mayan chocolate drink (50 cal)
12:30 pm 1/4 (sample) packet South Beach Granola
1:30 pm 1 pc Double Fiber Whole Wheat bread, 1/3 tbl butter, 2 oz braunschweiger, 1/2 grapefruit, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
5:30 pm Prune ponczka
7:00 pm 1 1/2 c homemade mushroom beef stew, 3/4 c Countryside Couscous, 2 tbl cranberry chutney, 4 oz champagne
