Mon 14 Jan

Darn, the cold I thought I had shaken seems to be back for another run. Not too bad yet, but enough to rob me of an hour and a half of sleep until I broke down and took some cold medicine last night. Now I'm tired today. Hopefully it will pass during the day so I still have energy for working out tonight.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c pumpkin flaxseed granola, 60 cal lemon yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, cameo apple
2:00 pm 70 g rice krispie treat
6:30 pm 3.5 oz chicken kecap manis, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 c sauteed parsnips, 12 oz skim milk


Exercise?:

5:15-6:05 pm Very slow yoga DVD, almost anti-cardio
