Wow, January is starting to fly by. We're getting snow this morning - starting to look like Lambeau!
I read somewhere that it's a good idea to eat a healthy snack, more carbs than protein, within 2 hrs after a good workout. Your body is in a better mode then to metabolize the carbs.
Food:
8:15 am Cappucino soy shake, slice cranberry bread
12:00 pm 2 eggs, 1 c hashbrowns, 2 pc raisin toast w/butter, 8 oz OJ, coffee
5:30 pm Small piece gingerbread, orange
Exercise:
4:35-5:15 pm 30 min treadmill plus 10 min warmup/cooldown stretches
