Monday

Sorry, I'll try doing it again. I was just very much enjoying a completely unstructured vacation time, including paying zero attention to what I was eating... (-:

Food today:
11:30a - 1 serving oatmeal with soymilk
2:00p - 2 pc whole wheat toast (pb and nutella), 1 can mandarin oranges
6:30p - .75 serving hamburger helper, 1 orange, little brownie batter...
evening - 1 brownie, 1 bottle Sprecher's root beer, 1/4c vanilla ice cream

Exercise today:
3:15-3:40p - cardio (about .75 mile running, the rest walking)
3:45-4:20p - vigorous weightlifting
6:50-7:05p - walk to Keaton's for football game!
