Well, the scale is heading back in the right direction with 3 days in a row of exercising. And even with going to Pizza Hut for supper! The Veggie Lovers pizza didn't seem quite as salt-laden as others have been. Here's hoping I can keep the momentum!

3:30 pm popcorn ball
6:30 pm 9 butternut squash ravioli, 1/2 c Prego, 1/4 c shredded mozzarella, 1 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk, 2 ginger Christmas cookies
7:00 pm 1 Reese's miniature
