Scale was down to 147.8 this morning - nice way to start the day. I'm scheduled for a birthday lunch at Tempura House today though which is always heavily salt-laden no matter what you choose from the buffet. It will be an interesting exercise in making healthy choices from a less-than-healthy array.
Food:
7:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 6 oz pineapple orange banana juice, coffee
11:45 am 2 crab rangoon, 1/2 c udon-type noodles, 1/2 c steamed veggies, 1/2 c hibachi chicken and shrimp, 1/2 c canned pineapple, 1/2 c canned peaches, fortune cookie
2:00 pm Mini box raisins
3:15 pm Popcorn ball
6:30 pm 4 coconut-breaded shrimp, mango chutney dipping sauce, 9 tater tots, 1 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk
9:15 pm 1/4 c Quaker Oat Squares
Exercise:
4:55-5:45 pm Pilates mat
