Scale has been down for 2 days in a row - let's hope it's not a fluke! I've also managed a good workout 4 days in a row, and I have coworker exercise class this evening.
Not sure when we'll get the left-behinds down to Madison. Do you need me to mail them?

Having an extremely frustrating morning at work dealing with bureaucratic idiots! Is it possible to have PMS when you're two years post-menopausal?

7:00 am 1/2 c Pumpkin flaxseed granola, 80 cal peach yogurt, 6 oz pineapple orange banana juice, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, orange
2:00 pm Ghirardelli Intense Dark mint square
2:30 pm popcorn ball
6:00 pm Bowl pumpkin soup, 1 slice whole wheat toast w/1 tbl peanut butter, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:30 pm Pizzelle

4:45-5:40 pm Coworker exercise class
