I'm tired this morning. I pushed myself to do kickboxing and it was a good workout.
I wonder why it is that you always seem to find a sick after a Keaton visit. The plague sounds awful. Smoker's cough?
An old remedy for cough is to gargle with hot salt water. Mix in as much salt as will dissolve in water as hot as you can comfortably tolerate. When you gargle by the sink, allow the water mixture to sink as far down into your throat as you can without spitting up. Not a pleasant task, but it does work.

I was sick before Keaton visited. Scarah thinks she gave me her plague, which consists of two weeks of sinus congestion and smoker's cough.
Smoker's cough: that sort of hacking, deep-chest cough that usually ends with some sort of phlegm flying out of your throat. I've been living on cough drops and cough syrup.
