While I was out for dinner and drinks with a few of the Cardinal girls and Erica last night, the zipper pull on my jacket broke. Irreparably. So I basically can't zip my jacket anymore - not what I wanted to happen in subzero weather when no one who has a car wants to drive me to the mall and it's too damn cold to wait for a bus to take me out there, especially when my coat doesn't, y'know, zip.
Sigh.

Is it the whole bottom piece of the zipper, or just the pull part? I've substituted paper clips or similar wire items for broken zipper pulls successfully. I wouldn't be able to come tomorrow to take you to get a new coat, but I might be able to come on Monday. Let me know if you want me to come; I'll check my work schedule to see how early I can get away.
