Had a pretty restless night last night which may mean that I'm finally catching up on sleep. This morning I felt like I should do something energetic but not overly so. I didn't really feel up to a boot camp. I picked out the old Power Shaping DVD I used to do some time back which uses light weights with aerobic movement for about 45 min. I had forgotten how she jokes about watching out for the cat while you move. It was always relevant in the past, but today it made me a little sad. I have the day off from work today so we can go to Charlie Dins' funeral in Waupaca. It will be good to see Val and Kate, but I would have wished for happier circumstances. I'm glad we can be there to represent the LeGaults. Funeral was very nice. Kate seemed very pleased that we had come. We may get to see them briefly before they go home, but they plan to return later this summer for a longer stay. They will even try to include a Madison visit that trip. Finally awoke from an afternoon sleep feeling like it was productive. Let's hope that's a good sign.
