My scale has been creeping in the wrong direction the last couple of days. Time to cut out sugar and pay attention quickly before it becomes a trend. I thought I had begun to establish the losing trend so this is somewhat disturbing.

I'm currently eating a cinnamon roll bought from the college students' bake sale at church Sunday. I know they made the rolls you buy and bake. I thought they looked small for what I have seen of that genre, and now that I'm eating it, I think they may have skipped the step where you let the dough raise. They taste okay but they're really quite dense.


Food:

6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am 2 eggs, 65 g cinnamon roll, large orange
2:45 pm .6 oz Reese's peanut butter egg, 2 Fiesta malted milk eggs
4:45 pm 2 TJ's cinnamon graham crackers
8:15 pm Bean casserole, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 12 oz skim milk
