I seem to be getting slightly healthier today, though it's a bit soon to pass a verdict. I made it through ballet this morning and my drainage problem seems improved. Let's hope the day progresses well. Hope you are doing okay. I would like to hear about your weekend. Got my Mother's Day present early from Dad - we needed to replace the grill. There was a nice one on sale at Fleet Farm that has a greater percentage of stainless steel to reduce the likelihood of rust. I christened it tonight with a fully-grilled supper. Nice even heat. Food: 7:45 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, blueberries, protein powder, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:15 am Small square coffee cake (at Newman social) 12:00 pm 1 crepe, 2 scrambled eggs, veggie mix, coffee 6:45 pm 3 oz chicken breast on skewers, 5 spears grilled asparagus, 1/4 tsp olive oil, 1/2 c diced potatoes, 2 tbl diced onions, 1/4 c diced portabellas, 1/4 tsp butter, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 6:45-7:35 am Brutal ballet DVD 3:30-4:45 pm Walk
