Hope your con was fun even if people were well-behaved. Maybe that allowed you to get a little more rest? Or at least have more fun yourself.

Pleased that my scale remains at the new lower level. Now to get it continuing on the downward mode.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 84 g strawberries, 28 g Jarlsberg cheese, hot cross bun
5:15 pm Large pear
6:30 pm 250 g pasty, 1/2 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk
