Looks like a potentially stormy day. Coworkers are planning an El Ranchitos after-work gathering. I won't have to feel guilty for not hiking if the weather's bad.

Good ol' Fitbit once again talked me into moving my butt more than I would have chosen. Even if it was just half an hour on the treadmill on the easier program, it was something.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 184 g strawberries, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:30 am Chocolate soy shake, 89 g apple cinnamon scone, 39 g Jarlsberg cheese, med pear
3:00 pm 3 Fiesta malted milk eggs
4:45 pm Chips & salsa, 1 margarita, 2 pulled pork tamales, iceberg salad w/chopped tomatoes

6:45-7:15 pm Treadmill Program 3 (maximum 3.5 mph elevation 6)
