Welcome back to your normal life - for a few days. Try to eat well, rest up and get yourself as normalized as possible before the next round or 24-hour-a-day running. You'll appreciate any rest you can store up. Sun is starting to come up very shortly after 5 am now. Just thought you might like to know. Loooong afternoon watching a DVD of a training that occurred when I was in Jamaica. Kathy and I were both absent, and anxious to cash in on 6 hours of free credits. Long time to sit and we didn't even completely finish. Food: 7:00 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm Slice Nuttygrain bread, 1 tbl Fisher PB, 1 tbl guava jam, TJ's 0% fat mango Greek yogurt, pear, 1/4 cantaloupe 3:00 pm 5 Fiesta malted milk eggs 7:30 pm Great Dane grilled cheese w/sliced tomato and pesto, grilled asparagus, 4 oz med dark beer Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 5:20-7:20 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
