Sat 21 Apr

My knees are stiff, particularly my left one, since sometime yesterday. Don't know if I did too many percussive exercise videos last week or what? I don't do a workout today, just some mild walking which is probably good. Yesterday at dinner, my Fitbit said I had eaten just the right amount of calories for the day, but it didn't take into account that I didn't really plan to be active any more in the day. Even though I ate nothing else, by bedtime I had overeaten. That was frustrating, but maybe it will motivate me in the future not to be an evening slug. Food: 7:00 am Laura's oatmeal w/blueberries, flaxseed meal, protein powder, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 10:00-2:00 pm Ice cream, soup, 1 cheese fry, 1/2 chunk good whole grain bread Exercise: 9:30-9:45 am Walk to Trivia 2:15-1:30 pm Walk back home
