Yum, morning buns are a nice way to start the day. Best to keep them for the occasional treat as I do, but I really enjoy it when I get one. And since the remaining items in my breakfast (grapefruit and blackberries) are on the SparkPeople superfood list, I feel somewhat okay with a little indulgence.
Concerts all done. Today was much better than Friday night - better acoustics and we sang much better, too.
Food:
8:00 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 8" flour tortilla, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 c chorizo, veggies, 1.5 tbl salsa, coffee
3:00 pm Handful M&Ms, brownie triangle, small molasses cookie, 3 large strawberries
5:30 pm Square lasagna, large slice buttered garlic bread, sm piece chocolate cake w/frosting, 4 oz pomegranate rose wine

6:15-7:00 pm Walk
