I was low on energy this morning for exercising, but I managed to get through kickboxing. Got an email weekly report from FItbit today with weekly totals and averages for all the stats. That's a nice motivation and good information.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 112 g blackberries, coffee
12:45 pm 2 slices HealthFull Nuttygrain bread, 2 tsp soft margarine, 1.95 oz Jarlsberg cheese, 1/4 med cantaloupe
1:30 pm 3 Fiesta malted milk eggs
4:45 pm .55 oz Lindt chocolate bunny
6:15 pm Chicken casserole (whole wheat penne, chicken breast, asparagus, red pepper, onion, portabella mushrooms, monterey jack/cheddar blend), 12 oz skim milk
