I like Saturday mornings. Nice to get up at a somewhat more relaxed pace and have time to eat in my pajamas after exercising. Already have sheets washed and folded, lights in the dryer and darks in the washer so I won't have laundry staring at me when we get home. Nearly ready to hit the showers so we might get out of here by 10:30. Looking forward to seeing you.

8:15 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, blueberries, protein powder, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
1:00 pm 2 oysters, 3 oz lox, med bagel, 2 tbl herbed cream cheese, small salad, 2 beignets
Afternoon: samples of fruit, cheese/crackers, beer
8:30 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe
