Hope your week is going well as you ramp up for the con this weekend. I'm looking forward to answering phones for Trivia. Hiking was good last night with Barb.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, HealthFull NuttyGrain toast, 1 tbl Fisher PB, 1/4 large cantaloupe
12:45 pm 3 Fiesta malted milk eggs
3:30 pm DQ no sugar added fudge bar
4:45 pm .8 oz Lindt chocolate bunny
6:15 pm Chicken artichoke smoked mozzarella sausage, whole wheat bun, 1 tbl pineapple salsa, 5 rings grilled rum pineapple, artisan lettuce, 1/4 c chopped red pepper, 2/3 c chopped portabella mushrooms, 12 oz skim milk
