For some reason, I seem particularly hungry this morning. Not sure why. Ham is in the oven, and I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the feast prepared. We have to eat slightly earlier, at noon, since Michael has a commitment around 1 pm. Will make more free time this afternoon before vigil.
Weird, I could swear I had updated this for the Easter lunch. Must have forgotten to hit the Publish button. We had a nice quiet Easter dinner. Aly had to go to Sheboygan with her family for the weekend so it was just Michael, Bob and I, Grandma, Leone and Mick. I was pleased because they all raved about the asparagus. It did my heart good to see this lot eating their veggies happily.

8:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, hot cross bun, coffee
12:15 pm 3 oz ham, 1/2 c cheesy potatoes, 3/4 c bean casserole, 2 jello eggs, crescent roll, 4 spears asparagus, 8 oz sparkling black currant juice, icebox cheesecake
3:45 pm 1 dark chocolate Peepster, 1 malted milk egg
5:00 pm Large pear
