Back to the grind for a bit. Next planned outing in two weeks to Minneapolis for a weekend. We are planning to drive to Madison this Sunday to sample Restaurant Week, but that is just a brief foray after church with Grandma. Spent too much of the day in A/C today and am craving a little warmth. May go for a short walk tonight to get real again. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 32 g blackberries, 97 g raspberries, coffee 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, cinnamon scone, large peach 2:30 pm 1 Kopiko Cappuccino hard candy 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 6:30 pm 2/5 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 c rosemary red potatoes, 1 c sauteed zucchini/summer squash, 1/2 tbl butter, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 7:15-8:05 pm Walk with Dad
