Motivation continues to be a struggle in the mornings, but today I overcame inertia again. One day at a time, that's all you can do. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 99 g raspberries, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, cinnamon scone, large peach 2:45 pm 1 Dove egg 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 7:30 pm Multigrain sandwich thin, 1.7 oz Dubliner cheese, leaf kale, 2.8 oz garden tomato, 1 c blueberries, Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am Jane Fonda Original Workout video 5:05-5:25 pm Walk to Pilates 5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class 6:55-7:15 pm Walk home
