Here we go for another week. Started planning vacation yesterday. We will go to Vermont and Maine in mid-September. Once you start planning, it starts becoming real. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice whole wheat bread, 1 tbl Jif, large peach 5:00 pm Chocolate calcium chew 5:45 pm Black sangria (no more berries - sigh!) 7:00 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1/8 c onions, 1/4 c portabellas, 1/3 c red pepper, 1 tsp olive oil, fresh garden herbs, 1 med/large garden tomato, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
