Had energy enough to exercise this morning, but feeling a little drained now. I never seem to have as much pep when the A/C has to be on. Hopefully the temps will drop enough soon to turn it off again, but it does allow a decent sleep. Pilates will go for two additional weeks into August! Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, cinnamon scone, 1 c watermelon chunks 4:30 pm Chocolate calcium chew 7:30 pm Slice 100% whole wheat bread, 63 g oven roasted chicken breast, 31 g Jarlsberg, kale leaf, 143 g homegrown tomato, 12 oz skim milk, Jello sugar free pudding cup Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am Jane Fonda Original Workout video 5:05-5:25 pm Walk to Pilates 5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class 6:55-7;15 pm Walk home
