The cooler weather is most welcome but we still have some residual humidity here. I'm usually cool enough to sleep, but periodically I still get a sweaty back. It's minor enough that a breeze from the window or even the ceiling fan usually takes care of it.
I feel like I did very well at the retirement potluck lunch today. One small Arby's beef sandwich, a little fruit and quite a few fresh veggies. I did indulge in one of the awesome cupcakes made by a baker friend of one of the girls, but it was regular size.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am Arby's regular beef sandwich, 1/8 c fruit salad, 1/2 c snap peas, 1/4 c baby carrots, 3 cucumber slices, 4 pepper strips
4:45 pm Calcium chew
7:30 pm 1/2 Narner on honey wheat, no mayo; large peach, 12 oz skim milk

6:55-7:15 pm Walk home
