First weekday since starting the morning exercise routine that I felt a need to take a bye. My body is a bit sore from quite consistent exercise and needs that rest day that all the literature says is so important. Means I need to exercise when I get up tomorrow, but I need to listen to my body when it says TODAY is the day I need to rest.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, cherry juice from concentrate, 1 c cantaloupe chunks, coffee
11:45 am Cranberry caramel nut muffin, blueberry soy shake
3:00 pm Handi-snack sugar free Creamy Caramel pudding cup
5:30 pm 4 oz cranbenet wine
6:15 pm 4 oz prime rib, 1 tbl au jus, 2.5 oz cornish hen w/cranberry glaze, 1/2 c garlic mashed potatoes, 1 c baby carrots and pea pods, 2 c coffee, slice peanut butter chocolate cheesecake



Exercise:

2:30-2:50 pm Walk
